If you are a paid customer, our support team is ready to process your request in accordance to your subscription level. If you don’t have an active subscription we will do our best to fix a bug you found in the next Alvex release, but we cannot guarantee the best response time.
Please, describe your testing environment and the test case in details. It helps us to solve the problem quickly. Make sure that the bug can not be reproduced using Alfresco without Alvex installed. All Alfresco bugs should be reported to https://issues.alfresco.com/ or to Alfresco Support.
